Reflection period/return

It may sometimes happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not like the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately 7.25 euros per package, consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging.

To exercise this right, please contact us at info@mrlunettes.be. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.

Returning ordered Umage products or combinations that you have chosen yourself can be returned at a shipping cost of €75.00.

Exchange product?

Would you like to exchange your product? That's no problem at all. You can contact us for this via info@mrlunettes.be. However, you will bear the costs for returning the product yourself.

Product broken?

Of course, I find it very unfortunate that a product is delivered broken. Send me a short message with some photos. Based on this, I will provide you with a new product or a refund. Is the product delivered directly from the manufacturer and do you receive the piece? Send me some photos and description and I will arrange a collection and a new product or refund.

I have provided an incorrect delivery address!

Accidentally provided the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.
